How to give out promo codes
Go to your applications page and you should see a list of fans. clicking on their name will take you to the spot where you can give out promo codes.

It is just pre-populating the form for you
Others see their own email address.

To send a promo code...
Robfarmer, you can click on a username. Then enter your application name and your promo code.

Change title
You should change the title of that section from "Fans of this app" to "Wish List Requests" or something similar to make it more clear.

Glad to be here - looking for ideas for great apps for my iPhone
The latest app I added today was called "Delivery Status Touch." It lets you put in tracking numbers and track packages. $0.99, by the same developer who gave us the JuneCloud Delivery Status widget for OS X.

Feature request
This site is really great, but unfortunately there is a lack of very important feature - private messages between users. Currently I'm not able to send an email or message to user, so I can't contact him when I'm giving him a promo code.

I think a great feature would
I think a great feature would be to show how many promo codes are still available for that app so you know what your chances are of getting a code.
