Using an Itouch not Iphone
I just found out that the program needs a camera, but the description does not indicate as such. I cannot properly review the item because it doesn't work on ones without a camera. Would you like me to submit a review to that effect?

On the app store it's registered and says that it requires the iPhone.
I should likely mention more specifically in the description. But if you'd like, please feel free to put in a review of that sort. It'll be helpful for all those iPod Touch owners.

Only critic is that it requires firmware 3.1. Can't you do it with 3.0 or even 2.21 ? You lost a whole bunch of potential users by limiting compatibility so drastically.
3.1 is the unfortunate minimum version
About mid April 2009, Apple started reject applications which used the camera in this way citing the behavior as using "private APIs". We could debate this all day (I know I did).
Applications using these methodologies prior to this magic cutoff were accepted (see Camera Zoom or Email n' Walk) but unfortunately, I missed the deadline by days. (As I understand it, updates to these applications in the store were rejected under the same grounds)
I went back and forth with Apple about these points for months, and it wasn't until the 3.1 firmware introduced the cameraOverlayView which allows us to directly access an Apple-sanctioned subview. And hence, it's the only version with Apple's blessing.
I definitely agree with the limiting of users, but it's an unfortunate by-product of the system. I'm just happy that something I wrote back in March/April is finally available and being used by people other than me! :-)
